St Kitts is a great place to visit year round, in fact there isn’t really a bad time to visit.

During the winter the average a temperature is 81°F (27°C). In the Summer the temperature doesn’t climb much. It remains a very temperate 86°F (30°C).

During the year St Kitts has its fair share of rainfall allowing the lush green environment to thrive on the rich volcanic soil. Annual rainfall averages 55in and is fairly consistent throughout the year. The least rainfall occurs between February to June.

The hurricane season is also known as the rainy season. This is from July to November, although the weather is usually great during these ‘rainy season’ months. It can rain persistently but it is more likely to rain torrentially for an hour or so and then brighten up.

High-season catches the Christmas crowd starting mid-December and goes on to mid-April. The best time to visit, price- and weather-wise, is November and early December.
