You get your shopping packed for you… small things can offer such luxury.

For my whole life food shopping has been such a chore.

It wasn’t until I came to St Kitts I relised that most of the chore is eliminated.

It isn’t putting shopping in the trolley that gets to me it is the packing and unpacking.

BestBuy, IGA and Rams offer the luxury packing service, all part of the price of your shopping!

Green Sea Alert!

After a Tropical Storm the sea batters the turtle grass and turns the sea nuclear green. It did seem pretty strange swimming in a, what felt like, a chemistry experiment!

No depressions or Tropical storms on their way to St Kitts right now, which is nice. So it should be 30 degrees and breezy for the next week or so!

We keep an eye out for weather that may impact St Kitts using a few websites including Hurricane Watch.

St Kitts Traffic Jam

I was on time running for a meeting in St Kitts this afternoon.

Things were running very smoothly and I thought this can’t go on for long!

Occasionally, I get stuck behind slow cars or the odd tractor, but this afternoon, I had to stop for about 100 goats to trot, leisurely past… this made me late.

Plans Complete for New St Kitts Villa

Finally we have completed the design for our villa on St Kitts. Here it is:

The villa will be built on the Southern Peninsula of St Kitts. The Southern Peninsula of St Kitts is undergoing a transformational period of development.

Projects such as Christophe Harbour and Cockleshell Bay will result in high end tourism communities housing Ritz Carlton and Park Hyatt hotels surrounded by luxury villa developments.

Our new dog

This is our new dog now called ‘Penelope’.

Penelope our St Kitts Island Dog

She was a stray St Kitts island dog and we have cleaned and fed her up.

She’s just come back from a bit of a poodle parlour session down at Timothy beach.
