Timothy Beach at South Frigate Bay, is the most popular and best beach in St Kitts outside of the beaches on the Southeast Peninsula. It is a highly touristic St Kitts Beach.

The Caribbean side beach has a vast stretch of golden sand and the sea is calm.

The beach is ideal for swimming and there is good snorkelling at either end of the beach, especially where the rock cliffs begin.

There are a great selection of beach bars (Mr X Shiggidy Shack Bar & Grill and the Monkey Bar) and a number of restaurants which all serve mouthwatering delights.

Frigate Bay South beach is home to Mr X Water sports offering a vast amount of different water activites… from windsurfing, sailing to snorkelling tours to scuba diving.
